Two rules. The surface must be completely dry before the tape goes on, and the tape must land on a frame — not on paint or plaster. Adhesive is enough everywhere; the roof nails in the box are only for wooden frames if you want extra grip.
How to measure
Correct measurement = perfect fit
- 1Measure the inner height and width of the window.
- 2Add 5 cm to each side. That's your minimum mesh size.
- 3Measure the outer height and width. That's your maximum.
- 4Anywhere between the two will fit. When in doubt, go bigger — spare mesh tucks away, missing mesh doesn't.

Installation

Clean the surface
Wipe the frame down and let it dry completely. Damp frames are why tape lets go.
Stick the tape
Press the adhesive hook tape around the window frame, corner to corner.
Press the net on
Line up an edge, then press the net firmly onto the tape all the way round.
Ready
Open and close the corner flap as often as you like. Peel it off to wash it.
